WHAT TO EXPECT
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲?! Feeling awkward as hell? No worries at all. You are in the right place. This is the best place to start-we got you!
You have two options to begin your journey with us!
OPTION 1:
Intro To Pole/Pole Essentials 1:
● Beginner friendly class for those who are just starting out or have a few classes under their belt
● Learn the basic pole fundamentals-spins, sits, climb prep, and strength building
● Available on Mondays 7:30pm and Thursdays 5:30pm during the summer
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞: New Student Special-3 Class Pass ONLY $60
OPTION 2:
3 Week Specialty Series
● Meet 1x per week for three consecutive weeks
● Our specialty series is designed for those brand new to pole who want a more intimate setting
● Learn and bond with same group of women who have never taken pole dance classes before
● Class sizes are small to ensure personalized attention
● Only 1 student per pole
● Spend extra time diving into the feminine movement side of pole dancing

Memberships are available once you take our Intro classes. Pricing depends on frequency of visits. Packages range from $107-$150 per month.

I don't have any experience with pole, is that ok?YES! We all have to start with zero experience when trying something new. Our beginner classes are developed specifically for the brand new student.

What do I wear to my class?Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Shorts are highly recommended so definitely bring them for your 1st class just in case you decide to throw them on. Practicing pole requires our skin to be exposed in order to accomplish several pole tricks. We do go barefoot as well in our intro series. Please no lotion the day of class. Also, don't forget to take off rings and bracelets prior to class.

Do we need to wear heels?We go barefoot in our series classes as well as our leveled skill classes. We do encourage you to purchase a pair (we sell them at the studio) because they enhance your experience when you take our other pole dance classes.
